You can transmute and transform things that are bothering you.
Have you ever given up on yourself, trying a new exercise or something new. What was interesting is noticing my body and the feeling inside my body and the emotions inside myself telling me to give up and stop. Not because I was scared or traumatised but because my body was yrying something new. Interestingly, the fascia holds memory and didnt like the new and saw it as a foreign invader , however, once I aligned it with "I am safe, I am strong and I have a beautiful body, things shifted. Sometimes when we are trying something new we need a loving, caring compassionate person with us to support us through the process of new things.
